Georgia Reports 5 340 New Cases, 74 Deaths

COVID: New Cases & Fatalities Up, President Urges Mandatory Vaccination for Risk Groups

2 191 new cases of coronavirus have been registered in Georgia, 74 people have died, 4 348 people have recovered.

A total of 755 046 cases of coronavirus have been confirmed in Georgia since February 2020, of which 693 129 have recovered and 10 509 have died.

The newly confirmed cases are divided by region as follows:

1,017 cases were confirmed in Tbilisi, Adjara – 89, Imereti – 362, Kvemo Kartli – 146, Shida Kartli – 81, Guria – 58, Samegrelo – Zemo Svaneti – 140, Kakheti – 162, Mtskheta-Mtianeti – 64, Samtskhe-Javakheti – 52 , Racha-Lechkhumi and Kvemo Svaneti-20.

2 005 229 people are fully vaccinated so far.

As of November 7, 4,104 new cases of coronavirus were confirmed in Georgia, 4,627 patients recovered and 67 died.
